Under the Bulgarian Accounting Act, all commercial companies must announce their annual financial reports through posting them with the Bulgarian Commercial Registry. Our accountants and lawyers prepare all required documents regarding the announcement of the company annual financial reports.
The annual financial statement shall be adopted by the general meeting of shareholders in Bulgarian limited liability company or joint stock company. The deadline for posting the reports is June 30 of following year. Bulgarian sole traders must also adopt and post their reports by May 31 of the following year.
